Are there any docs on how the evaluation logic works?

Given this

What happens if query-1 passes and query-2 fails? What "score" do I get? 50%
Can I weight the objectives relative to one another?

Perhaps the questions I'm posing are wrong and too rooted in "mainline Keptn" thinking?

Is the evaluation logic for toolkit even comparable / supposed to be compared with "mainline Keptn"?
