add terminus fonts

I'm a big fan of this beautiful font and use it everywhere: terminals, editors and GUIs.

The two files in this PR were created based on the smallest variant of terminus, I've used my small utility that can generate flf fonts from a raster image using filled square or braille dot characters to match the source pixel-perfect.

I think these two variants are great for adding large section headers to code or print big messages in the terminal while keeping the font consistent with the rest of the text.

Note, the codeblocks on github add line-spacing which messes up the look somewhat.
